How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your ShutkiBazar account or personal data, please email us at support@shutkibazar.com.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name
• Your registered email address or phone number
• A short message saying that you want your ShutkiBazar account or personal data deleted

What Data May Be Deleted

When we receive a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with your account where possible. This may include your account details, contact information, saved addresses, and app-related profile information.

Data We May Need to Keep

Some information may need to be kept for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, order history, dispute resolution, or business record purposes. This may include order records, invoices, payment status, delivery records, and customer support records.

Processing Time

We will review and process valid data deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. In most cases, we aim to respond within 30 days.
